Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Systems Analyst role based in Ahmedabad. The Computer Systems Analyst will evaluate existing IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that support production, inventory, logistics, and office operations. Daily tasks include gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, analyzing workflows, configuring systems, and coordinating with vendors or developers to implement enhancements. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity and security, and providing user training and documentation. The Computer Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with management and technical teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and industry compliance standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. Candidates should possess System Administration skills to manage servers, user accounts, backups, and routine maintenance. Candidates should possess proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and optimize system performance. Candidates should possess Cybersecurity skills to implement security controls, monitor for threats, and support compliance with data protection practices. Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to assist end users, resolve incidents, and document troubleshooting steps. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with ERP or manufacturing/warehouse systems, preferably in industrial, ceramics, or materials sectors. Familiarity with database management, basic networking concepts, and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) is beneficial. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
