Product Manager

Location: Bengaluru Position Type: Full time Experience: 2-5 years Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute the product vision and strategy for one or more core product areas. • Translate business goals and user insights into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes. • Partner with engineering and design to drive product development from discovery to launch. • Prioritize effectively among competing demands using structured frameworks and strong business judgment. • Lead discovery and validation of new opportunities through user research, experiments, and data insights. • Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through continuous iteration and performance monitoring. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, and client success) to ensure product-market fit and smooth rollouts. • Contribute to building product culture and best practices across the team.  What We’re Looking For: • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech-first B2B/B2C environment. • Some exposure to client-facing work and B2B SaaS would be preferred. • Experience taking products from concept to scale, with measurable business or user impact. • Strong understanding of product design, user experience, and agile development. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability, comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Passion for food-tech, digital transformation, and creating products that users love. • MBA from a premier institute is a plus.
