Job description: Summary of Position The Senior IT & OT Support Engineer ensures the support and availability of industrial and operational IT systems. They work on production and control environments, ensure their stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement and security of OT and IT equipment. The role is based in Saclay with regular travel to other sites in France and Europe. Essential Functions IT & OT Support: senior level Provide operational support (remote and on-site) for IT/OT systems. Diagnose and resolve complex incidents affecting production equipment, automation systems, business applications or local infrastructure, including system patch management. Participate in on-call duties to ensure availability of critical systems. Document actions, diagnostics, procedures and resolution methods. Operational Maintenance of Production Systems Ensure commissioning, updates, backups, maintenance and remediation of OT systems. Verify day-to-day system compliance and robustness. Contribute to internal and external audits related to production systems. Infrastructure & Administration Manage hardware inventory, software, licenses, access rights and critical configurations. Participate in IT & OT infrastructure improvement projects. Projects & Deployments Contribute to analysis, development, installation and validation of new systems or improvements to existing ones. Participate in go-live of business applications, automated systems or new equipment. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, procedures, configurations). Provide user support (coaching, best practices). Cybersecurity & Compliance Apply cybersecurity best practices for production environments (segmentation, hardening, access management, etc.). Contribute to compliance with internal standards and, where applicable, GxP requirements (nice-to-have). Support security reviews, remediation actions and preventive measures. Requirements Approximately 5 years of experience as an industrial IT expert or OT Support Engineer. Experience working within a corporate environment. Knowledge of GxP and RadioPharma environments is a plus. Autonomous and capable of working in critical environments. Solution-oriented mindset and strong service orientation. Ability to collaborate with operational and business teams. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Strong prioritization skills and composure during incidents. Strong sense of urgency for issues impacting production.
