About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online branding presence across Europe and to be the engine behind our localised Marketing content. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with high visibility: you will plan and run our channels, coordinate paid social campaigns, localise go-to-market (GTM) materials, and turn customer projects into compelling success stories that we can boost the impact of our brand. You will work closely with the European Marketing Manager and act as a connector between country teams, functional departments and our HQ Branding department — so strong communication and coordination skills matter as much as arketing craft. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operation of HYXI's social media channels across Europe (LinkedIn, Meta) — content, engagement and performance reporting. Plan and coordinate paid social/digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) across European markets, from briefing to performance tracking. Localise GTM materials for European markets and maintain the marketing asset library. Produce customer success stories and sales-enablement materials, including basic visual assets. Support new product launch campaigns end-to-end — online, offline/events and KOL marketing. Align with sales, product, country and global teams, and coordinate external resources to deliver marketing activities on time. Requirements Fluent English (working language) plus professional Mandarin Chinese; Dutch, French, Spanish or German is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant online Marketing experience; a background in PV/solar or energy is preferred, consumer electronics or other consumer-tech categories equally welcome. Hands-on social media experience across both professional and consumer platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), with a good understanding of paid media logic — targeting, creative testing and performance optimisation. Strong writing and content adaptation skills for different markets and audiences. Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to produce simple on-brand assets. Excellent communication and coordination skills across countries and functions. Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once. Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment. Based in or willing to commute to Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands. Nice to Have Background in PV/solar or energy storage; consumer electronics or smart home experience also valued. Track record running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn. Familiarity with European marketing channels and consumer habits. Video editing, short-form content creation, or CRM/marketing automation experience.
