Key Responsibilit iesProgram Administration & Deliv eryManage day-to-day administration of US benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excelle nceManage complex lifecycle events (hires, terminations, qualifying life events) and resolve escalated iss uesResolve complex, non-routine cases and escalations requiring interpretation of plan, regulatory, and vendor constrai ntsIdentify and escalate material risks, trends, or issues to function leaders hipEnsure alignment between plan documents, systems, and operational proces sesAdminister retirement plan operations, knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA)Experience with compliance activities, audits, and regula tory filings Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical knowledge o f US
