We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Commercial team in Finland, playing a key role in supporting our trade partners and driving sales of Emirates products and services in the Finnish market. Joining us you will experience a fast-paced multicultural environment where your sales expertise and customer-focused approach will help strengthen our relationships with trade partners and contribute to Emirates' commercial success in Finland. Working closely with agents, private clients, and the wider Commercial team, you will provide expert support across reservations, ticketing, fares, and Emirates products while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. What will I be doing? Provide professional and timely support to travel agents via email across all Emirates products and services, including bookings, ticketing, special service requests, reservations, protection policies, fare rules, pricing coordination, and other sales-related enquiries. Actively identify sales opportunities and promote Emirates products and services to trade partners, ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all customer interactions. Support Emirates revenue growth by providing agents with suitable options across our products and services. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, customer service, and the overall trade partner experience. Keep up to date with Emirates Group news, product developments, policies, and commercial updates to ensure accurate information is provided to agents and professional and Company standards are maintained. Support back-office administrative activities, including BSP-related matters such as ADA, ADM, ACM, and refund applications. Provide support with Staff and Agency tickets, fares and ticketing enquiries, and other ad hoc requests from the Commercial team. Ensure all required ticketing and transaction documentation is accurately filed and that relevant logs, systems, and reports are maintained and updated within required timescales. Coordinate and support group bookings and sales for both travel agents and private clients, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and opportunities are maximised. Qualification Qualification In order to be considered for this role, the essential things we need from you are: Minimum of two years' experience within the airline, travel trade, or a related customer service and sales environment Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing processes, including fares, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and related customer services Experience with contact centre, airline, or travel industry procedures A strong customer service and sales orientation, with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced Commercial team environment Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Good PC-based skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English Good secondary-level education or equivalent The unrestricted right to live and work in Finland Your application will really stand out to us if you: Have experience working with Emirates products, reservations, ticketing, or airline distribution systems Have experience handling BSP processes, including refunds, ADA, ADM, or ACM Have experience managing group bookings and sales for travel agents and/or private clients Have a proven track record of achieving sales results within the airline or travel trade industry Enjoy building strong relationships with travel agents and identifying opportunities to grow sales Are proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment where customer service and sales go hand in hand Salary & benefits Why Emirates?
