Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage . Perform code reviews and promote best practices for test automation, maintainability, and quality. Analyze automated test results, perform root-cause analysis , and collaborate with technical teams to drive defects through resolution. Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, stability, and reliability . Mentor and support junior QA Engineers in automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
