Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical, professional, and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong, qualified talent pipelines in Oil and Gas and Power Sectors. Key Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs. Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs across Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation functions Recruit for a wide range of roles including engineering, field operations, plant operations, maintenance, project management, HSE, and corporate support Conduct internal and executive recruiting efforts Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Support negotiations related to employee benefits and contract Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Monitor labor market trends specific to Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, or skilled-trade roles Strong understanding of safety-sensitive hiring requirements Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Experience supporting refinery, upstream/downstream, power plant, or EPC environments Recruiting exposure to union and non-union workforces Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and industry compliance considerations Agency or high-volume recruiting experience SHRM, HRCI, or other HR/recruiting certifications
