Field Sales Representative - Beauty & Retail (French-speaking Switzerland) Are you passionate about the world of beauty, premium brands, and direct customer interaction? In this varied field role, you will be responsible for both developing professional clients and supporting our retail partners. Your tasks Customer Management & Business Development Provide support, advice and development for Professional and Retail clients in your sector. Identify, prospect and sustainably develop new clients in order to increase distribution and revenue. Analyze customer potential and implement targeted actions to develop the business. Develop customized solutions, offers, promotions and business concepts tailored to customer needs. Sales & Commercial Responsibility Achieve the sales, distribution and development targets defined for your sector. Prepare and conduct sales interviews, presentations and commercial negotiations. Conduct activity reviews, annual negotiations and conclude the necessary commercial agreements. Actively promote products, services, training and development opportunities. Excellence Retail & Merchandising Ensure a high-quality and consistent presentation of brands at points of sale. Advise clients on promotional activities, store layouts, advertising materials, displays and merchandising concepts. Participate in redesigns, product launches, promotional activities as well as the management of returns and displays. Customer Service & Collaboration Provide professional follow-up on customer requests, complaints and operational questions. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Participate in client events, training sessions and professional events. Organisation & Administration Plan tours, customer visits and business activities effectively, taking into account resources and costs. To perform administrative tasks related to sales, including order entry, processing of complaints and credit notes. Implement the business and development plans defined with your manager. Your profile Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally in the fields of beauty, retail, sales or services. Successful first experience in sales, business development, customer account management or a customer-oriented role. Excellent command of spoken and written French (essential criterion). Good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. Excellent interpersonal, advisory and sales skills. Strong customer focus and sense of service, with a professional and solutions-oriented approach. Initiative, autonomy and excellent organizational skills. Skilled negotiator and strong results orientation. Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and customer potential. Team spirit and ease in collaborating with different stakeholders. Good command of MS Office tools and digital tools. Category B driving licence and high mobility within the assigned region. Passion for the worlds of beauty, lifestyle and premium brands.
