We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading PMC/construction company delivering a major 150MW hyperscale data centre programme across Finland and Sweden. This is a long-term opportunity working on a major mission-critical project with significant scope and value. We're looking for: 3+ years' experience working on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects Strong contractor-side commercial experience Good knowledge of CSA & MEP packages Strong commercial and contract management experience Experience managing costs, variations, valuations and commercial risk Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The opportunity: 24-month contract Finland & Sweden Between €10,000 - €12,000 net UK & EU candidates welcome Visa guidance available where required If you're an experienced Commercial Manager with strong hyperscale data centre experience and are looking for your next long-term opportunity, I'd be keen to hear from you.
