About This Role Lead, Coordinate, and Deliver Impact: Under the general direction of the Manager I, the Analyst II will perform varied and complex project coordination, analytical, and event management duties in the Business Process Improvement Office (BPIO). The incumbent will serve as the Senior Project Analyst and work closely with BPIO Project Managers and Executive Office management on projects to better serve the needs of the public and state agencies. Under the direction of management, the incumbent will work with the project managers, review and improve processes, analyze data, update policies and procedures, make recommendations related to projects and be the liaison for key events and meetings. Describe a time when, in your role as a Project Analyst or in a similar capacity, you identified an opportunity to improve a project process or workflow using metrics or data. What steps did you take to implement the improvement, which metrics did you use or develop, and how did your actions influence project efficiency, accuracy, or outcomes?
