Elaborar reportes ejecutivos para líderes de Recursos Humanos y negocio. Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y transformación digital. Requisitos Bachiller o titulado(a) en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines. Experiencia en People Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, Business Intelligence o análisis de datos aplicado a Recursos Humanos. Dominio de Power BI (DAX, Power Query y modelado de datos). Excel avanzado. Experiencia con plataformas HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM o similares). Conocimientos de SQL y/o Python (deseable). Inglés conversacional. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
