Role Summary Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end, front-end, and full-stack applications that enable modern digital service delivery. This role focuses on enterprise platforms, automation, cloud technologies, and integrations to improve IT operations, user experience, and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and system integrations across enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, and Microsoft technologies. Build and enhance front-end applications, self-service portals, chatbots, and operational dashboards. Develop automation workflows and scripts using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, and low-code platforms. Integrate applications with ITSM, endpoint management, and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and support production-ready solutions. Ensure application quality, security, scalability, and performance through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Support the development of automation, AI, and digital workflow initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Key Competencies Strong software development experience in back-end, front-end, or full-stack technologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and modern development frameworks. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, system integrations, and microservices. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and enterprise application architecture. Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud data ecosystems. Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and analytics tools. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
