MERN Developer at BairesDev As a MERN Developer, you will own the development of end-to-end features across React frontends and Node.js backends. You will ensure a cohesive user experience by building scalable web applications with a unified TypeScript codebase, connecting intuitive interfaces with robust server-side logic. What You'll Do Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern state management. Build and maintain scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express. Model and manage data persistence layers using MongoDB or PostgreSQL to ensure efficient storage and retrieval. Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols across the entire application stack. Write comprehensive tests across both frontend and backend layers to ensure system reliability and code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and optimized workflows. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Full-Stack development. Proven expertise in building scalable applications using Node.js and React (or Next.js).
