Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer at BairesDev In this role, you'll build AI-native Android products inside a startup where autonomy and ownership are the norm, not the exception. There are no Jira tickets — you'll work like a product partner, taking ideas from a 1-pager through to shipped features with real multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding. This is your opportunity to operate at the intersection of senior Android engineering and agentic AI, building net-new products in a high-trust environment where your judgment shapes what gets built and how. What You'll Do Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership. Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks. Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding. Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently. Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development. AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks — not just AI-assisted coding. Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding. Full-stack range with confidence diving into unfamiliar codebases. Strong experience with Jetpack Compose. Advanced proficiency in English. Nice To Have Experience with MDM or Device Management API integration. Knowledge of QR code provisioning. Background in messaging or calling app development. Experience with XML layout UIs. Experiment-driven development and feature observability experience. Performance optimization skills. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
