Principal Product Designer at BairesDev As a Principal Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, guiding products from initial discovery through to final delivery. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and ensuring design excellence across all digital touchpoints. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end design process, including discovery, ideation, and high-fidelity execution. Define and evolve comprehensive design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency. Conduct user research to gather actionable insights and inform strategic product decisions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and stakeholders. Oversee design operations to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency. Champion a user-centric approach to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business goals. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, or a related field. Proven expertise in owning the end-to-end product experience, from discovery to shipping. Proficiency in Figma and managing comprehensive design systems. Demonstrated experience in product strategy and conducting user research. Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and design ops initiatives. Advanced proficiency in English.
