We're moving from private beta toward public launch, building the company and the product in parallel. You'd be joining founding-team early , with real ownership over what Atheneo becomes. The role As founding CCO, you'll stand up our compliance program from the ground up and serve as the firm's designated Chief Compliance Officer as we register and operate as an RIA. What you'll own The compliance program — policies, procedures, and the code of ethics RIA registration and ongoing obligations — Form ADV, filings, and recordkeeping Risk disclosures, marketing-rule compliance, and client agreements Data security and privacy posture (SOC-2 readiness) Serving as the firm's designated Chief Compliance Officer What we're looking for Deep compliance experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or asset manager Fluency with the Investment Advisers Act, Form ADV, and SEC / state rules CFA charter (required) Series 65 — or a CFA-based exemption — to register as an investment adviser representative High integrity, and comfort building the function from zero Logistics Founding team, direct partnership with the founder Remote-first Meaningful equity Full-time Sound like you?
