About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative based in Colombia to accelerate our growth across the Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the travel and hospitality industry who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping hotels increase revenue through innovative technology and digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for developing new opportunities with independent hotels, regional hotel chains, tourism organizations, and travel companies across Colombia, Mexico, Central America, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, and other Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America. Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Build relationships with hotel owners, general managers, commercial directors, revenue managers, and marketing leaders. Present and demonstrate travel technology and hotel marketing solutions through virtual product demonstrations. Manage the complete sales cycle for SMB and mid-market opportunities, from prospecting to contract signature. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within CRM (Salesforce preferred). Collaborate with Marketing to execute lead generation and nurture campaigns. Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Stay informed about hospitality technology trends, hotel distribution, revenue management, and digital marketing. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development Experience selling B2B technology or digital solutions. Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills. Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working remotely. Preferred Experience Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Hospitality Hotels Tourism Travel Technology SaaS Digital Marketing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) Revenue Management Hotel Distribution Experience working with solutions such as: Channel Managers Booking Engines Revenue Management Systems Hotel Digital Marketing Platforms Language Requirements Native or fluent Spanish Professional English (written and spoken) Portuguese is a strong plus
