Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all roofing activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all roofing works on site. Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure works are completed in line with programme, specifications and quality standards. Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety. Coordinate labour, materials and plant to meet project milestones. Carry out quality inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise. Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Quality team to ensure successful project delivery. About You Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects. Strong knowledge of roofing systems and building envelope installations. Experience leading subcontractors and site teams. Excellent understanding of Health & Safety within construction. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Data centre or mission-critical project experience is desirable. Willingness to work on a rotational basis in Finland.
