We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing Platform Engineering team, working on the design and evolution of shared technology platforms used across a large-scale technology environment. This role combines software engineering, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and developer tooling , with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, automation and engineering standards. What you’ll be doing Design, develop and maintain scalable internal platforms, services and shared engineering solutions. Build and enhance authentication, developer and platform capabilities. Develop tooling using LLMs, code generation and agentic AI to improve software delivery, testing and deployment. Design and automate CI/CD pipelines , infrastructure and operational processes. Apply SRE and DevOps principles , including observability, automation and Infrastructure as Code. Work across cloud and on-premise environments, contributing to architecture standards and technology strategy. Support production systems through incident response and an on-call rotation. What we’re looking for: 7+ years’ experience delivering production-grade software and designing technical solutions. Strong Python development skills plus another OO language such as Java, C#, C++ or Go . Experience with Kubernetes, containers and distributed systems . Strong knowledge of REST and gRPC services and high-throughput architectures. Experience designing software and solutions architecture . Hands-on experience with agentic AI SDKs and tooling . Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies . Strong understanding of cloud, DevOps, CI/CD and automation practices. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
