What you'll do Support and maintain IAM applications throughout their lifecycle, including administration, upgrades, testing, and user support Provide 2nd/3rd level support, resolve access-related issues, and manage ITSM tickets Support identity provisioning processes, application integrations, and configuration changes Maintain documentation, user guides, and operational procedures Ensure applications follow IT security standards, access governance, and compliance requirements Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to improve service quality and identify process improvements Contribute to application lifecycle management, standardization, and automation initiatives What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in IT support, application support, IAM, or related technical roles Basic understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, and access governance Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and application integrations Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting user access issues Understanding of security principles such as least privilege and segregation of duties Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluent English What we offer A meaningful career with the global leader in sustainable stainless steel.
