What you'll do Provide 2nd and 3rd level Active Directory support, including participation in an on-call rotation Manage AD users, groups, computers, service accounts, and access requests Support the lifecycle of AD groups, including approvals, recertification, and audit activities Assist with Active Directory Certificate Services, Group Policy, DNS, replication, and domain controller health Troubleshoot authentication, account lockout, and hybrid identity (Entra ID/Entra Connect) issues, escalating complex cases when needed Maintain ITSM tickets, documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks Follow security best practices, including least privilege, controlled change, and access governance Collaborate with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure teams, and external partners to improve Active Directory services What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience +2 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, or infrastructure operations Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Active Directory Certificate Services, and account management Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, and PowerShell is an advantage Understanding of ITSM processes and change management Strong analytical skills, a security-first mindset, and fluent English What we offer A meaningful career with the global leader in sustainable stainless steel.
