Internal Technical Recruiter

About the Role Attractivate is hiring a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT/OT talent across our growing book of utility, energy, and industrial clients. This is a high-volume, high-impact role directly supporting our staff augmentation and consulting business. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for open IT/OT roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal ATS. Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess technical fit, availability, and compensation expectations. Manage candidate pipelines and keep the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) current and accurate. Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and role priorities. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates in key skill areas (SCADA, ADMS, GIS, cybersecurity, cloud). Required Qualifications 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in IT/OT, engineering, or utility-adjacent staffing. Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Excellent communication and candidate relationship management skills. Comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load. Experience with an ATS (Bullhorn preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for utility, energy, or industrial IT/OT roles specifically. Familiarity with SCADA, grid modernization, or industrial cybersecurity terminology.
