We are looking for a “Civil Works Manager” for our Çalık Enerji / Enea Kozienice 1300 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, located in Kozienice, Poland; Supervise and manage daily site civil works for the project Keeping records of construction activities in Construction Logs Coordinate of multi-branch works on site Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project progress Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Resolve technical and construction-related issues in coordination with the project management team Support QA/QC and HSE teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements Assist in planning and scheduling of civil works to align with overall project timelines Submit a notice and participate in acceptances of works with QA/QC and Client
