🚨 Freelance Opportunity – IT Consultant | HR Systems / Applications 🚨 I’m currently looking for an experienced IT Consultant to join one of our clients’ IT teams in Poland. 🔹 Role: IT Consultant – HR Systems / Applications 🔹 Location: Poland | Remote 🔹 Start: ASAP 🔹 Duration: Long-term 🔹 Language: Fluent English What we’re looking for: ✅ 3+ years of experience working on the IT side , ideally as an IT Consultant, Application Consultant, HRIS Consultant or similar ✅ Strong hands-on experience with application support, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting ✅ Experience with HR applications / ATS platforms such as iCIMS, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse or similar ✅ Experience with workflows, forms, fields, templates, notifications, approvals and access rights ✅ Experience with L2/L3 support, incident management and root cause analysis ✅ Knowledge of HR system integrations, data flows, reporting and data quality ✅ Experience with testing, releases, documentation and continuous improvement ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work with IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors 📩 Interested or know someone who could be a good fit?
