Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? 🚁🚀 As an HR Analyst, you will drive operational excellence within the Human Resources department, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and efficiently managing administrative processes, payroll transactions, and the entire employee lifecycle. Your mission is to guarantee an agile, high-quality service and timely support that sustains business continuity and the overall stability of the operational team. Key responsibilities: New Hire Management & Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process by collecting documents, creating physical/digital files, signing contracts, and managing induction logistics and tools for day-one readiness. Personnel Movements: Process and document promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and contract renewals in a timely manner. Offboarding Process: Manage administrative termination steps, including resignation letters, severance calculations/payments, and exit interviews. HR Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for employees to resolve general inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and employment verification letters. Strategic Escalation: Promptly filter and escalate complex labor relations issues, serious grievances, or major conflicts to the corresponding HRBP. Time & Attendance Tracking: Capture, review, and validate daily/weekly attendance data, including absences, tardiness, overtime, shifts, and PTO/vacation. Leave of Absence Management: Register and track IMSS medical leaves, as well as paid and unpaid leaves of absence within internal systems. Payroll Liaison: Submit consolidated attendance and incident reports to the centralized payroll department to ensure accurate and timely compensation. Internal Events: Support the planning, purchasing, setup, and execution of corporate events, celebrations, and holidays. EHS Policy Alignment: Know, apply, and contribute directly to the site's Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety policies, objectives, and KPIs. Risk & Incident Management: Follow established emergency response, incident investigation, and hazard identification protocols while maintaining full awareness of operational risks. Reporting & Audits: Participate in internal/external EHS management system audits and immediately report any anomalies, leaks, spills, or unsafe acts. Operational Care: Separate waste correctly in the work area to prevent contamination and complete all mandatory environmental, health, and safety training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources operational or analyst roles. High proficiency in HR systems and Payroll ERPs. Solid track record in records management and the maintenance of physical and digital employee personnel files. Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law ( Ley Federal del Trabajo - LFT ) and related regulations. Proven experience managing labor relations and union environments. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Leadership and decision-making ability. Teamwork and collaboration. Analytical and critical thinking skills.
