Senior Product Owner – D365 Finance & Operations (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme focused on upgrading a legacy business platform to a modern cloud-based solution. In this role, you will act as the link between business and technology teams, translating operational requirements into effective system capabilities and driving the successful delivery of key initiatives across finance or supply chain domains. You will play a central role in shaping product direction, managing priorities, ensuring solution quality, and supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation journey. Your tasks Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements related to system enhancement and transformation initiatives Create functional and technical specifications that support scalable, standardized platform capabilities Recommend native platform functionalities and low-code solutions as preferred alternatives to custom development Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring accurate categorization and continuous alignment with business objectives Prepare status updates, project progress reports, and presentations for business stakeholders and governance forums Define and coordinate user acceptance testing activities while supporting system environment management Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ecosystem or AX 2012 in a Product Owner role Strong expertise in either finance processes (accounting, tax, fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable) or supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, planning, manufacturing, sales) Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, backlog management tools, and deployment/support environments Understanding of ERP data structures, integrations, and data management concepts Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Current residence in Poland and fluency in both Polish and English Job no.
