The impact you’ll make As a Product Marketing Manager at Lam Research, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. What You’ll Do Market Analysis and Forecasting: Develop and maintain forecast models for existing and new market segments. Maintain application matrix database. Market Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Lam’s products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Product Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging. Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to create impactful marketing content. Customer Insights: Gather insights from customers, sales teams, product line teams and market research. Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, business development, account technologist, engineering, and sales teams. Be the bridge between technical details and customer benefits. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in in the semiconductor equipment industry or semiconductor manufacturing industry or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Travel Requirements: Up to 20% international travel What We're Offering This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
