Mission Statement You'll be responsible to drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio through proactive customer engagement, strategic account development, and installed base (IB) penetration. How You'll Make An Impact Drive service revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across existing and new customers. Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement data in Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with sales, technical, digital, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused service solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and support regional growth initiatives.
