What You Can Expect Join Zimmer Biomet as a Sales Senior Representative, RECON Team | Eastern Slovakia and play a key role in advancing our commercial success across the region. How You'll Create Impact Drive sales performance across the assigned territory, with a strong focus on strategic and priority accounts. Build and strengthen trusted relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Promote the value of Zimmer Biomet’s RECON portfolio through a highly professional, customer-focused approach. Coordinate product education and support to ensure effective product adoption and clinical use. Execute regional sales strategies in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager. Maintain accurate account data, opportunity tracking, and reporting within SF.com. Provide market insights, forecasts, and competitive intelligence to support business planning and decision-making. Ensure strong territory coverage and consistent engagement across orthopedic hospitals within the region. What Makes You Stand Out A proven ability to sell, influence, and build long-term customer partnerships in a complex healthcare environment. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A customer-centric mindset combined with sound commercial judgment and business acumen. Solid knowledge of orthopedics and the competitive landscape. A proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach to territory management. Strong organizational skills, analytical capability, and problem-solving mindset. A collaborative attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop. Your Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Previous sales experience, ideally within medical devices, orthopedics, or a related healthcare environment. Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy dynamics. Fluent Slovak and communicative English are required. A valid clean driving license is essential. Travel Expectations Regular travel by car across the assigned territory in Eastern Slovakia. Additional domestic travel, including overnight stays, as business needs require.
