About the Role Lead the strategic planning of recommendation and search products for Bilibili's international version. Conduct in-depth analysis of consumption habits and user intent across different overseas regions, collaborate closely with the algorithm team to optimize recommendation algorithm logic and search ranking strategies, and drive improvements in core traffic distribution efficiency and content consumption metrics. Responsibilities Establish a comprehensive data monitoring system for search and recommendation businesses. Leverage A/B Testing and in-depth data attribution analysis to identify optimization opportunities, and implement rapid strategy iterations to boost core business indicators, such as content exposure, click-through rate, and user retention. Collaborate with algorithm engineers and engineering teams to promote the localized implementation of model strategies in scenarios including recommendation recall, ranking, and search error correction, tailored to the complex linguistic environments and cultural backgrounds of overseas markets. Balance the accuracy of content distribution with compliance and security requirements, and enhance the depth of users' community interaction and engagement. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with in-depth expertise in recommendation systems, search products, or content community platforms. Familiarity with international content distribution strategies is essential; experience in overseas business expansion of large-scale platforms is highly preferred. Required Skills Solid understanding of the core logic of recommendation and search products. Ability to collaborate effectively with the algorithm team to promote the engineering implementation and continuous optimization of complex product strategies, bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution. Sharp data insight and proficiency in using data analysis tools to mine business pain points and formulate targeted improvement plans. Excellent project promotion capabilities, with a proven track record of efficient cross-team collaboration (including product, algorithm, engineering, content, and compliance teams) to deliver results on time. Fluent in English and Chinese, with a profound understanding of the overseas internet ecosystem and multicultural trends. Strong user empathy and a strong desire to explore new markets and user needs. Ability to adapt to the fast-paced product iteration environment of international business and respond flexibly to regional market changes. Preferred Skills Passion for content communities and Gen Z culture, with a basic understanding of Bilibili's core features (such as bullet comments, UP creator ecosystem) is a plus.
