Business Analyst

Job Tag: Posted: May 28,2026 Salary: $115,000 We are partnered with a longtime financial services client to bring on a talented Business Analyst. This is not a traditional “ticket-taking” BA role. The team is looking for someone who can operate as a true bridge between business and technology. Someone who can partner closely with senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and enterprise systems initiatives. The ideal profile is someone with strong business systems/process orientation, executive communication skills, and ideally experience within financial services, investment management, or similarly complex enterprise environments. Hybrid role 3 days a week onsite. Must be local to the Twin Cities. Responsibilities High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership * Opportunity to help shape/build the future BA function internally *Mix of strategic process work, systems alignment, vendor coordination, and cross-functional problem solving *Fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with strong organizational buy-in *Bridge the gap between the business and IT Desired Skills And Experience 5+ years of business analysis or enterprise systems experience * Financial services / investment industry background a plus * Experience supporting HR and finance-related platforms and workflows * Workday experience is a big plus * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills * Technical curiosity and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams * Ability to operate autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment *Comfortable in an environment with high expectations within transformation initiatives
