Company Website: www.carrierenterprise.com Job Summary The Commercial Project Manager will manage all aspects of a commercial job after a sale is completed. This includes hosting a project turnover meeting, establishing financial accounts, providing submittals, releasing orders, issuing vendor orders, tracking progress, coordinating start-up, and overcoming jobsite issues. The project manager will maintain close control over the project to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the project deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide commercial project management support for complex commercial sales. Become a recognized expert at Carrier Enterprise products, applications, and selections. Host job turnover meetings with all personnel involved in closing a sale. Establish project delivery, financial and technical requirements. Complete all financial paperwork to establish the project and prepare for order. Generate submittals and work to obtain approval. Actively manage risks, collaborate with vendors, and optimize project financial results. Maintain structured communication and project management process. Maintain project accounting in compliance with company operating guidelines. Develop a partnership with the internal product support teams to continually improve internal process. Maintain a log of all projects and provide management reports on set intervals. Work with the Applied Order Management team to release orders. Manage vendor orders and subcontracts as required. Communicate with the customer on all aspects of the project.
