Job Description As a Senior Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management within the Fire Building Automation sector. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Lima, Peru location on a Remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence in Peru by developing and executing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and delivering value-added solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Building Automation market. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions. Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge in Fire Protection sales WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Mid Level English Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends.
