About the Team: The Shopee User Product team owns Shopee's user account platform and authentication ecosystem, building seamless login, signup and account management experiences across Shopee’s products. The team also drives user growth through product-led campaigns and lifecycle initiatives that improve engagement, conversion and user retention. Job Description: Own the integration and management of both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) accounts, driving Shopee's account shared service (login SDK, consent management, partner platform, etc.) and spearheading integration with partners Drive the Login, Signup & Authentication roadmap, delivering seamless UX for account registration, login, authentication and account management across Shopee and SEA Group Design and execute User Campaigns targeted at different user segments (e.g. new users, churn prevention, churn reactivation) to drive conversion and engagement Facilitate and foster cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality and scalable products Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Computer Science and Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction/Design, or a related science/tech field preferred; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required Prior product management experience in account management/platform integration, user growth or lifecycle marketing (e.g. acquisition, retention, campaigns) is strongly preferred Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing Analytical and quantitative reasoning skills Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
