The Opportunity Scrum Master Bangalore, KA Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the scrum process, responsible for being the Scrum/ Squad leader of multiple, small development teams Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manages interdependencies between agile teams Work with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution Guide the scrum team on how to use scrum and Agile practices and methodology Administer metrics tracking and other duties on behalf of the team Working hour overlap with US team (EST) Qualifications At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scum methodology in the role as Scrum Master in the healthcare domain Able to coach a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology Motivated and driven, and can influence and drive teams to success using Agile/scrum/Lean practices Working knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) a plus Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and IT QMS (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001) Have good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and learning attitude. 6-9 year's experience What We Believe We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
