Product Manager — Diagnostics Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid / Remote) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) The Product Manager will lead the growth and commercialization of a portfolio across the U.S. market. This individual will serve as the subject-matter expert on clinical applications, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.The Product Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, support sales growth, and lead initiatives that strengthen brand preference, expand market share, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop U.S. product strategy, market segmentation, positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and promotional plans. Identify market requirements related to product features, functionality, customer support, and training. Partner with Global Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, support pipeline development, and localize global strategies. Lead product launches and commercialization activities, including messaging, collateral, digital content, educational programs, and sales tools. Analyze customer needs, industry trends, competitor activity, and voice-of-customer feedback to inform product and service improvements. Build relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical advocates, reference sites, professional associations, and strategic customers. Lead U.S. participation in trade shows, professional society meetings, symposia, roadshows, customer events, and training programs. Develop and deliver sales onboarding and ongoing training focused on product value, messaging, clinical benefits, and competitive positioning. Qualifications Healthcare Experience: 5+ years in healthcare (IVD, clinical diagnostics, or medical devices strongly preferred), including 3+ years in product management or product marketing. Scientific Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling, easy-to-digest commercial messaging. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. Tools & Mobility: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite; ability to travel up to 25%.
