As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead a major photovoltaic project in northern Kraków, Poland. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the management and supervision of the construction phase of our photovoltaic project. Your main responsibilities will include: Site Coordination and Supervision: Lead and support all companies involved throughout the different phases of the project. Stakeholder Management: Support the Client in coordinating with the grid operator, utility companies, and the lender's technical advisor. Construction Control and Planning: Review construction plans for all work packages. Monitor the detailed project schedule against the baseline, identifying deviations and implementing contingency plans when required in coordination with the EPC Contractor. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare progress reports for investment committees and financial institutions. Review and validate site meeting minutes. Cost and Quality Control: Support the management of Change Orders submitted by contractors. Milestone Certification: Review and verify the quality and quantity of completed works to certify milestone payments to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the contract. Review and support pre-commissioning inspections and testing activities. Review construction close-out documentation. Review and oversee the commissioning process, including the approval of commissioning test procedures. Join our team and make a difference! Requirements Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on photovoltaic (PV) projects. Languages: Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) and fluent English. Knowledge: Solid understanding of quality management within construction and installation environments. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline). Previous experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects.
