Summary Of The Job Lead application design including creating and maintaining application and network diagrams. Ensure all solutions are compliant with best practices around application security, encryption, and data in flight. Mentor team members. Participate in code reviews. Participation in Agile ceremonies Key contributor to roadmap planning and execution for owned applications and ensure these roadmaps align to the larger enterprise architecture Collaborate with other technical leads to identify dependencies Participate in development work Support resolution of production issues and create steps to prevent recurrence Oversight responsibility on resolution of vulnerabilities, compliance deficits Work with Change Management for code release, plan roll out, other teams and delivery team for production release, post release testing etc. Participate in on call rotation for production support About This Role Technical Expertise Enterprise data architecture and pipeline design PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and data modeling Python and Java proficiency Serverless and event-driven architectures Advanced SQL and data transformation optimization API development, microservices, and REST architecture Test-driven development and automated testing frameworks Git version control strategies and branching models Familiarity with Mulesoft and flex gateway Contract-first API development Advanced Spring boot and Spring batch hands-on experience Expertise with using AI tools The Ideal Candidate For This Role Leadership Architect and lead implementation of AWS-based solutions Establish technical standards and best practices Lead code reviews focused on maintainability, security, and performance Foster culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence Translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmap Lead technical discovery sessions across multiple teams Balance technical debt, business value, and time-to-market in architectural decisions Service-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes Strong communication skills bridging technical and business teams Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation Compensation range (base pay): $107,552.00-$182,838.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
