About the Role The Recruitment Specialist (internally known as a Delivery Partner) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. Located hybrid, this position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, utilizing VMS software to ensure smooth service delivery. What You Will Do • The Delivery Partner is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services • The Delivery Partner must maintain quality client service and day to day operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work • Depending on the size of the team, the Delivery Partner scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (Statement of Works (SOW), payroll, compliance, or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines • Maintain an updated SOP 'Standard Operating Procedures' for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently • Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies For Payroll desk: • Ensure required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete VMS records • Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required • Resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker • Escalate to the DM/PM any serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior Magnit resources. For Staffing desk: • Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through the VMS system and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers • Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success • Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency For SOW: • Triage new onboarding requests and partner with internal team to determine the appropriate route; interface with vendors and client services team on all engagement activities, including creation, review, and validation of documents as required • Partner with Contractor Compliance Services team on required engagement/worker assessment; perform data validation and entry into Wand and/or client systems as needed • Support hiring managers and/or Procurement for competitive bidding requests through their preferred supplier list as needed • Actively engage client and vendor participation, including training sessions and roundtables if applicable, etc. What You Will Need • 3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations or MSP • A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude! • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization in both a face to face and remote working environment • Fluent in English and ideally another European language at professional level • A growth mindset and agility: Keen to learn, develop and progress • A team spirit with the willingness to support and collaborate with peers, colleagues • Able to approach situations from an analytical mindset to generate a logical conclusion; • Exposure to billing processes in a MSP environment will be a plus • Experience with VMS Fieldglass will be beneficial • Strong MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources; • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR or business administration will be a plus) What Magnit will Offer You At Magnit, you’ll be joining an innovative, high-growth environment and can quickly make an impact to help transform the largest companies in the world.
