Project Quantity Surveyor

MiCiM is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of a complex data centre construction project in Norway. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on high-value, technically challenging projects and wants to play a key role in protecting project performance, maintaining cost control and supporting strong commercial outcomes. In this role, you’ll be involved in: Working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and senior commercial colleagues, you’ll support cost planning, procurement, valuations, change control, reporting and final accounts from project start through to completion. Commercial and financial management of project packages Cost reporting, forecasting and cost/value reconciliation Procurement, tender support and subcontractor appointments Valuations, payment applications, variations and change control Final accounts, commercial records and contract administration We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor within construction Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with costs, contracts and deadlines Knowledge of procurement, valuations, change control and final accounts Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Experience in data centres, mission-critical, MEP, fit-out or technically complex projects would be a real advantage Why join MiCiM?
