As Construction Director, you’ll have end-to-end accountability for construction delivery across multiple projects. Your focus will be simple but critical: Safe delivery. On time. On budget. To the highest standard. You will: Lead and inspire project and site leadership teams across the region Drive a high-performance culture centred on safety, quality, and accountability Oversee delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners Proactively manage risk, programme, and commercial performance Ensure seamless coordination across construction, design, and commissioning Contribute to strategic growth and operational excellence in the Nordics What You Bring You’re an experienced leader who knows how to deliver in complex, high-stakes environments: A proven track record in a senior construction leadership role Strong experience delivering data centres, mission-critical, or complex industrial builds The ability to lead across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders A deep understanding of construction delivery, commercial controls, and risk management Confidence operating in international environments (Nordics experience is a plus) A leadership style that is hands-on, decisive, and people-focused What Makes You Stand Out You lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose You’re as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on-site You can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence You build trust quickly, with teams, clients, and partners Your Background Degree (or equivalent experience) in Construction, Engineering, or similar Chartered or professionally accredited (desirable, not essential) Ready to make your mark in the Nordics?
