Role Overview The incumbent will serve as a senior leader and trusted advisor, overseeing the financial, investment, and operational ecosystem of the family office. This role balances high-level strategic asset allocation with hands-on management of complex, multi-entity tax, legal, and estate structures. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, be emotionally intelligent and shall possess adaptability required to deal with Directors of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Investment and Asset Management: Develop and execute investment strategies across diverse asset classes (public markets, private equity, venture capital, and real estate) to maximize long-term returns and hedge against risk. Manage liquidity, monitor portfolio performance, and oversee due diligence on external fund managers. Financial & Operational Governance: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modelling for multiple family entities, trusts and holding companies. Adviser Coordination: Serve as the lead for the family's web of external professionals / stakeholders (Tax consultants, legal advisors, Auditors, private bankers, any other external service provider) to negotiate scopes and prevent any possible conflicts. Maintain structured documentation and governance. Family Governance : Organise family council meetings in coordination with Promoter. Develop family policy and governance framework. Philanthropy & Legacy: Administer the family’s charitable foundations, trust structures, and legacy planning in alignment with the family's core values. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Finance / CA / CFA equivalent. Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, or MBA) and 15+ years of proven experience in wealth management, private equity, or an established family office. Discretion & Ethics: Unwavering integrity and a proven track record of handling highly confidential, sensitive family and financial information. Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills to navigate complex family dynamics and bridge communication across multiple generations. Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance aggressive financial growth with long-term capital preservation and family cohesion.
