TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies. 📢 Join our team as a Tester Intern! 📢 In your role as a Test Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and updating automated and manual tests. Your main task is to ensure high stability of application on environments as well as necessary adaptation for upcoming releases, including providing propper test documentation. We value your personal skills but prefer to use them to automate processes (where possible) rather than manual work (still needed). What you will be doing? 👇 Create and update test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Support the creation, maintenance and execution of automated test script. Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression and end-to-end testing. Prepare and validate test data required for test execution. Document test execution results and provide test evidence. Report, track and support the analysis of defects in test management tools. Retest fixed defects and support release readiness checks. Collaborate with developers, testers and business analysts in an agile team. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
