About The Role Procurement Management Execute and monitor the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support business operations. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions in compliance with company policies. Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet business requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality. Audit & Compliance Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions where necessary. System Enhancement & Process Improvement Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to enhance procurement systems and workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in procurement processes. Reporting & Analysis Prepare procurement reports and provide insights on cost optimization and vendor performance. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement. What You Will Deliver Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that support business operations. Maintain accurate and compliant procurement transaction records in line with company policies and internal control standards. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, building strong and reliable supplier relationships that meet business quality and service requirements. Lead pricing negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable contractual agreements. Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions where discrepancies arise. Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and cross-functional teams to enhance procurement systems, workflows, and automation opportunities that drive efficiency. Prepare procurement reports and deliver actionable insights on cost optimization, vendor performance, and supply chain effectiveness to support business decision-making. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement functions. Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
