Regional Sales Manager – Nordics (Marine) SPX AtoN | Porvoo, Finland | Hybrid Join SPX AtoN (Sabik), a global leader in marine Aids to Navigation, and help shape the future of maritime safety across the Nordic region. We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. This is a relationship-focused role where around 40% of revenue comes from existing key accounts, with opportunities to grow business through upselling, tenders and long-term partnerships. What you'll do Manage key government and commercial marine accounts across the Nordics. Lead public tenders and develop new project opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners. Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process. Travel across the region 2–3 times per month. What we're looking for Experience in technical sales or key account management. Technical or engineering background. Experience with public tenders or government customers. Fluent Swedish and English. Ideally based within commuting distance of Porvoo and happy to work from the office. Marine industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Why SPX AtoN?
