About The Role As a Software Engineer at EazyStock, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable SaaS solutions that power intelligent inventory optimisation for global customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality features that drive real business impact. What would you do? Join the EazyStock engineering team in and work closely with Quality Engineers, Product Owner and User Experience Designer. Independently or in collaboration with a team, refine and implement user stories and technical tasks. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems requiring short investigations. Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient code. Decide on the need for different types of tests for the implemented tasks. Create standalone pieces of technical documentation, including code documentation, tutorials and release documentation. Who you are? / What we expect: Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a professional software development. Experience with RESTful web-services, Spring Boot and Angular. Experience with a variety of database systems, both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL. Ability to contribute to software design discussions and make decisions that balance functionality, usability, and performance. Experience in using version control systems and CI/CD. Understanding of best practices in software development, including code review processes and agile methodologies. Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills in English – both spoken and written. The icing on the cake: Experience building cloud-hosted services, preferably on AWS. Experience building solutions that contain AI-powered features. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
