Organizational Change Communication Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Organizational Change Communication Consultant to join our remote team. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working with a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in networking systems and communication strategies. Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain Cisco routers and networking equipment to ensure optimal system performance. • Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls to guarantee secure and efficient network operations. • Implement and oversee Cisco ASA security solutions to protect organizational assets. • Utilize Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to optimize routing and enhance data transmission. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective communication strategies for organizational change. • Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for improvements in network infrastructure. • Analyze network performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. • Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to support change initiatives and technical processes. • Provide guidance and training to team members on new networking tools and systems. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions. • Proven experience with Cisco routers and networking systems. • Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls. • Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA security solutions. • Familiarity with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its implementation. • Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing organizational change. • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues. • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process guidelines. • Commitment to staying informed about advancements in networking technologies.
