This role focuses on responding to production issues, implementing immediate resolutions, and contributing to ongoing system development and maintenance. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure system reliability, and support continuous operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain application changes to support business operations and system stability. Configure system hardware and software to meet operational requirements and optimize performance. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and functional documentation.
