Job Purpose The role focuses on managing validation processes for test systems in automotive power electronics and drive module assembly. It involves overseeing test development from concept to production, analyzing requirements and test data, and ensuring timely equipment commissioning. The position requires hands-on experience with test tools, programming, and continuous improvement of validation systems, while collaborating across teams and supporting global operations. Your Responsibilities Primary focus on Test systems applications for Automotive power electronics, electronics and some drive module assembly products Manage the Validation Process activities during the product design cycle from product concept to production launch. Manage critical path timing issues to ensure on time test development completion. Responsible for requirements analysis, equipment definition, procurement and commissioning. Analysis of test data and comparison to requirements. Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment What We’re Looking For University degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering At least 5+ years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or related industry. Familiarity with test equipment Digital Muli-Meter(DMM), dynometer, Arbitrary Waveform Generator (ARB), Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, and etc. Proven ability to identify and solve complex engineering problems. Experience in data analytics. Knowledge of 8D methodology and lean principals. Project management (test equipment’s / facilities) skills / experience will be considered as an advantage. Programming experience in C/C++, LabView, TestStand, and LabWindows. Microprocessor knowledge. Experienced in Excel VBA macro development. A strong working knowledge of computers, MS Office applications, and a drawing package such as Visio, Circad or etc. is required. Good communication skills are essential Fluency in English is required. German/French would be an advantage Travel is required, at the initial stage for extended period of time.
